Defective or Damaged Products
If any products shipped to you are damaged or defective, we are happy to replace that item free of charge. If the same item is no longer available, we’ll replace it with a comparable item of your choice of the same price.
Request for replacement of damaged/defective items must be received with in 10 days of receiving your order. Please submit your request to email@example.com and include in the subject line “Damage/Defective item received”. We will respond via email with instructions for submitting your returns. All returns must include original receipt(s). Replacement of damaged or defective items will not be honored without the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Under No circumstances do we provide or offer refunds.
Shipping Cost are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning items. We will pay the cost to resend your replacement items.
Please note: Depending on where you live, the time may vary as to when you will receive your replacement item(s).
